The Oldham County Sheriff’s Office supports the Senior Community in areas of fraud, crime prevention, domestic violence, and advocacy. The Sheriff’s Office is also involved in Project Graduation. This program provides Deputies on-site at graduation events supporting school officials in keeping alcohol and drugs out of school functions at no cost to county schools. In addition, the Sheriff’s Office also partners with Operation Parent and Health Oldham County, working to introduce drug and alcohol prevention awareness to adults and juveniles alike, and at an early age. The Sheriff’s Office implemented a slogan, “Provide alcohol to minors and we’ll provide the chaser”.
